We digitally produce books to the best quality possible by using the latest Xerox digital production machines. This enables us to offer the customer maximum flexibility on the quantities of books required.

Our flexibility allows authors the luxury of printing small quantities of books to test the sales potential of their product without a large monetary investment. This can be extremely helpful if the book is targeted towards a specialist niche market where sales tend to be small but can extend over a much longer period. Printing can be done as and when orders are received. It is particularly advantageous also for books that may be specifically aimed at a finite market or perhaps a family history project.

All our books are professionally finished with creased and laminated covers, perfect bound on our production binders and trimmed with perfection on our three knife trimmers. Many firms who offer cost effective printing use table top machinery and single knife guillotines.

We print on standard 80gsm or 100gsm paper for the inner stock and 300gsm for the cover as standard. We can meet customer requirements for a wide range of paper products depending on their needs.

We will produce the finished book in a variety of sizes depending on requirements such as the standard A4, A5 and A6 as well as B5 and B6 and various other sizes that may not be standard sizes. Our designers are on hand to help with any queries and will offer advice on meeting any particular requirements you may have in the book layout, its cover design and artwork.

We have recently invested in a PUR Binding system for the ultimate finish for our perfect bound and hard case bound books. Book Empire has grow year on year after launching its website in 2010 and aims to be the largest digital book printer in the UK.
